Your NEO Agency Login and Password: Your log-in details have been sent to you via a secure email form. it contains a username and password for you to log in, please ensure to check your spam folder. Alternatively, search for this subject within your email: “Your NEO Agency account has been created!”. Once you’ve received this information, log in to your account here:

Log in to your NEO account

To log in to your NEO account, simply head to neoagency.io and press the log in button in the top right hand corner.

Then, enter your account details, and you will be navigated to your Hub.

The NEO Hub

The NEO Hub is where you can find everything you need to know about your account and website. View analytics about your website’s performance, submit tickets to the NEO team, see how many development minutes you have remaining, and more.

The main Hub (above) gives a basic overview of your development credits, maintenance, website performance, tickets, and access to your website(s). Let’s explore these in further detail by working down the menu on the left.


The Account page is where you can find all of your previous orders, subscriptions, and your credit history. You can also change any account information, such as your payment details, billing address, or password.


The tickets area is where you can make requests for updates to your website. No matter what you need, you can pop it in a ticket and the team will get back to you. To submit a request, simply press Create Ticket. Here you can also see the ticket status, which developer the ticket has been assigned to, and our responses to them. You can respond back by clicking on the relevant ticket.

Each ticket will take up development credits, which you get an allotted amount of every month. If you run out of development credits but need more time, you’re welcome to purchase more credits here.


The final section of your account is the analytics. Here you can see a variety of analytics related to your website’s performance each month, in a simplified layout. You’ll see your website’s views, clicks, and impressions, as well as your best performing pages, and information about your audience. All of which is available in a way that looks better than Google Analytics!
