Our primary method of communication with existing clients is the Neo Hub. Project updates, support requests, invoices, and important account information are managed there.

If you receive an unexpected email asking you to take action, it’s always worth checking your Hub account first or contacting us through the Hub or WhatsApp Business to verify the message.

We do not use Gmail addresses or Hotmails

One of the easiest ways to identify a fake email is by checking the sender’s address.

These are not official neo agency email addresses.
