Important server maintenance this week

Your hosting company (whether that be eliteweb.co or The Bad Host) will have already notified you that server maintenance has been scheduled this week. Specifically, 6.30GMT on December 19th, through to 13.30GMT on December 20th. This is planned work to ensure your server continues to run at its optimal speed, and remains secure. During this period, you may experience brief downtime on your website or websites, but please be aware that it is only temporary, and you should refresh or check back on your website after the maintenance is completed.

Monitor tickets

To monitor new and existing tickets, simply navigate to the ‘Tickets’ page. Then filter or search to find the ticket you need.

If requested to book a call with one of our team, simply press the “Book a Call” button in your hub and select the required developer.
