Important notice for websites with Premium Addons for Elementor

Does your website use the popular plugin Premium Addons for Elementor? More specifically, the Pro extension that is included with NEO Agency’s License Management plan. It came to our developer’s attention today that there was a critical error appearing when Elementor users attempt to import templates. Upon further inspection, our team found that this error was caused due to a plugin conflict between Premium Addons for Elementor Pro, and Elementor itself.

What is a plugin conflict?

A plugin conflict occurs when two or more plugins (or a plugin and a theme/core software) interfere with each other’s functionality, causing issues such as errors, broken features, or website crashes. This usually happens due to:

  • Duplicate functionality, where multiple plugins try to perform the same task.
  • Incompatible code, when plugins are not designed to work together.
  • Outdated plugins, which may not support recent updates of the platform.
  • Resource conflicts, such as memory or database usage clashes.
