It came to our developer’s attention today that there was a critical error appearing when Elementor users attempt to import templates. Upon further inspection, our team found that this error was caused due to a plugin conflict between Premium Addons for Elementor Pro, and Elementor itself.
What is a plugin conflict?
A plugin conflict occurs when two or more plugins (or a plugin and a theme/core software) interfere with each other’s functionality, causing issues such as errors, broken features, or website crashes. This usually happens due to:
- Duplicate functionality, where multiple plugins try to perform the same task.
- Incompatible code, when plugins are not designed to work together.
- Outdated plugins, which may not support recent updates of the platform.
