
All details from the call must be logged into a ticket before any work is carried out. This can be completed by your agent or yourself. Call times will be deducted from your monthly minute quota.

Navigating the hub has been made easy, with four simple buttons to take you to each key area.
To quickly create a ticket and make a request for your website, click the ‘Create Ticket’ button in your hub.
Simply fill in all the fields, upload any required attachments, and a phone number to receive SMS notifications – then hit ‘Submit Request’.
To monitor new and existing tickets, simply navigate to the ‘Tickets’ page. Then filter or search to find the ticket you need.
If requested to book a call with one of our team, simply press the “Book a Call” button in your hub and select the required developer.
