If you’re using Stripe follow the steps below:
Login to Neo Hub:
- Start by opening your browser and going to the Neo Hub website.
- Enter your login credentials (username and password) and hit “Login”.
Navigate to account settings:
- Once logged in, look at the left-hand side of the page and click on the “Account” tab.
Access Payment Methods:
- At the top of the dashboard, you’ll see a row of options. Click on “Payment Methods”.
Add a new payment method:
- On the Payment Methods page, look for a button that says “Add Payment Method” and click it.
- A form will appear. Fill in all the required fields with your payment information.
- Once done, click “Save” or “Submit” to add the new payment method.
Delete the old payment method:
- After you’ve added the new payment method, you can remove the old one.
- Find the old payment method in the list of saved methods, and click on the “Delete” button next to it.
- Confirm that you want to delete the old payment method if prompted.
Expired payment details and subscriptions:
- After If your subscription has expired and you would like to renew it, simply select the “Subscriptions” tab within the top row of the dashboard and navigate to the “Renew now” button to relaunch your subscription using the payment details.
- Alternatively, if your payment details have expired, then next to the “Renew now” button you will find the option to “Update payment” , complete the fields and simply submit.
